Paul Schwabe is the Secretary of Marine Growth Ventures, Inc. Paul Schwabe has over thirteen years of commercial property management experience for Phoenix Investors, LLC and its predecessors. He plays a key role in all facets of property management for properties located nationwide. In addition, he is an officer in each of MGV’s subsidiary companies.

From 1988-1991, Paul Schwabe was a Corporate Management Supervisor, and a Director of Operations for Crivello Foods, Inc a large regional operator of Pick’n Save Warehouse grocery stores. His responsibilities included overseeing the management of over 1,000 employees, new store openings, the development of the company’s advertising program, and general store operations.

As an extension of his charitable pursuits, Paul Schwabe is active in a number of community programs. For the last six years, he managed a football program geared to helping inner city youths develop a passion for sports; his team has won its championship three of the last four years; as well, Paul Schwabe has been a basketball and soccer coach.
