Katherine Ostruszka is the controller for Marine Growth Ventures, Inc. Katherine Ostruszka has over fourteen years of experience in financial analysis particularly in the areas of real estate, gaming, telecommunications and technology for Phoenix Investors, LLC and its family of companies. This experience includes overseeing daily operations in the start up of new companies and the acquisition of existing companies including their finance, banking, insurance, and human resource management needs.

Katherine Ostruszka also holds a position as an economics instructor at Waukesha County Technical College, Wisconsin and, as an extension of her charitable pursuits, has for the last five years provided substantial volunteer work at the SATC - Sinai Samaritan.

Katherine Ostruszka holds a BA in Economics and International Affairs from Marquette University and a MS in Management from the University of Wisconsin – Milwaukee.
