Marine Growth Finance & Charter, Inc. ("MGFC") is focused on providing the full range of financing for marine businesses including accounts receivable funding, inventory, and fixed asset term financing.

MGFC pursues financing solutions for the unique needs associated with the marine business. Financing solutions for our clients include:

• Accounts Receivable Factoring;

• Export Accounts Receivable Financing;

• Fixed Asset Term Financing

Clients use these products to increase cash flow, capital for growth, free up cash tied up in accounts receivable and increase capital resource limits over what has been made available through traditional financial sources.

Charter:
MGFC is also focused on the purchase of vessels for immediate or future charter to corporate operations or contractors and\or governmental agencies.

The business mix is divided into three segments:

• There are those opportunities involving established corporate operations or contractors that elect to deploy their capital in ways other than the purchase and ownership of vessels. MGFC, in such cases, provides efficient capital priced on the credit quality of the customer;

• A number of governmental agencies elect to charter vessels given their public funding options. For example, in many communities, ferries constitute a necessary transportation alternative;

• Emerging marine entrepreneurs find it difficult to secure vessel financing for attractive but emerging businesses. In these cases, MGC can provide effective financing through its charter programs.
